    On 10-14 April a senior delegation from the IPA was in Tbilisi, Georgia to participate in three important events: the Caucasus and Black Sea Basin Regional Publishing Conference, the UNESCO World Book Capital City Network meeting and the end of Tbilisi’s tenure as World Book Capital City 2021-22. The IPA team included President Bodour Al Qasimi, Former President Pere Vicens, Executive Committee members Gvantsa Jobava and Jessica Sänger, Freedom to Publish Committee member Trasvin Jittidecharak, Secretary General José Borghino and Director of Communications James Taylor.
