Natural disasters caused by climate change, conflict and the COVID-19 pandemic showed us that strong partnerships are crucial to international development and that cooperation is needed to build back global societies and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
But what does cooperation look like? Imagine that there was an earthquake that damaged the buildings of a village. People from other villages and countries could come together to help rebuild the area, so that those affected would once again have a safe place to live, learn and work.
