Publishers, booksellers, authors and researchers from 15 countries met in Oslo on 5-6 March 2015 to explore national experiences with fixed book price systems. A summary paper presents the main talking points and conclusions.

Digitalization and globalization are forcing new policy approaches to culture. The Norwegian Publishers Association organised a two-day conference to identify what we know about the effects of different book policy instruments and to discuss possible new initiatives for research and information sharing.
